Does the plan cover hood cleaning and ice machine descaling?

Yes — one quarterly hood cleaning (NFPA 96 compliant) and ice machine descaling are baked into every plan. Add more cleanings if your jurisdiction requires.

How is it billed?

One predictable monthly invoice. Parts and labor outside scope are line-itemed separately, but covered diagnostics and labor on plan equipment are flat.
